As of October 1st, 2026, we expect half of our sites to be open as well as our main lodge.  However, our Pickleball courts, 2nd Restroom and Laundry building, and playground will not be completed until the spring of 2027.

At Rosewood Reserve RV Park, we offer full-service RV camping on the edge of Athens and a short drive from the University of Georgia. Our park gives travelers a convenient home base for game-day weekends, local festivals, live music, and Northeast Georgia getaways, with downtown Athens just minutes away.

Our location offers a quiet retreat with easy access to the energy of Athens. We’re close to town, outdoor activities, and day trips to Dahlonega and the North Georgia mountains. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, our park is designed to make your visit memorable.

Our accommodations include spacious, flat, level RV sites with full hook-ups for water, sewer, and 30 and 50 amp power. Each site is designed for RVs up to 45 feet with a tow vehicle, giving every stay a practical, comfortable setup for arrival, parking, and daily use.

Full Hook-Up RV Sites

Each site includes water, sewer, and 30 and 50 amp power, giving RV travelers the essential full-service setup needed for a practical and comfortable stay near Athens.

Close to the Area's Best Attractions

Our location in Hull places us near Athens while keeping the feel of a quieter Northeast Georgia stay. The area brings together college-town energy, local character, outdoor spaces, and dining options, with downtown Athens nearby and more regional destinations within easy driving distance for added variety during your trip.

There is no shortage of ways to fill your day around here. You can spend time in Downtown Athens, head out to Watson Mill Bridge State Park, or explore the many other nearby spots for music, festivals, scenery, and, of course, Georgia football. It is a great area for mixing time in town with time outdoors.
